How Do You Feel in Your Body Right Now?

How Do You Feel in Your Body Right Now?

How Do You Feel in Your Body Right Now

If I was to ask you, ‘how do you feel in your body right now”?, what would be the first thought that pops into your head?

Is the thought:

  • I feel great
  • I’m happy with the way I look
  • I have tons of energy
  • I’m good to go!
  • I have no health issues and that’s what counts

Or is the thought more like:

  • I feel terrible
  • I wish I was slimmer
  • I’m exhausted all the time
  • My body aches
  • I’m upset I gained weight
  • I could improve my health and wellness

If you’re in the latter camp, the question is why?

What’s been stopping you from being in camp #1?

So many people struggle with how they feel in their body because of their weight. They can never figure out WHY they lose weight and, over time, gain it back again.

One big reason this happens is that most people keep trying a different version of the same diet that doesn’t work.

Isn’t that what they call the definition of insanity?

If you feel like your efforts to lose weight is driving you insane, isn’t it time for you to get a game plan that works in YOUR life?

Melissa felt like she was going insane trying ‘every which way’ to lose weight.

She had lost weight plenty of times before but she never kept it off. She finally decided she needed help to create a plan that worked in her life.

When she heard me say, “the goal is to not just help you lose the weight, the goal is to help you learn the tools to help you keep the weight off once its gone”

…Melissa knew it was what she needed. She knew if she could’ve done by herself she would have done it by now.

Here is what she emailed me today:

“I am comfortable with the game plan we’ve established. I enjoyed all your insight and fine tuning on today’s call and it’s going to make a big difference for me that I will be excited to share with you next week. This has been such an effortless journey filled with nothing but rewards both physically, mentally and how my body looks.
I could not have done this without you. Thanks Lisa.”

So, I want you to know that it’s ok to ask for help.

It’s ok to admit that losing weight on your own is hard and that you may need support to figure out what habits and self-sabotaging patterns need to change.

I ask for help when I need it. I just signed up with a mindset and business coach for a year. I hired him to help me with new tools and strategies that will get me from where I am now to the next level in my business. I recognized that if I could get there by myself I’d be there already. It was a 5-figure investment and saying yes terrified me.

I still think I’m a little nuts, BUT I do believe I’m worth it and I want to live my best life.

If you want to live your best life, and you could use support and the right game plan so that your first thought when I ask, “How do you feel in your body right now?” is always “I FEEL GREAT in my body right now…”

…then we should talk. CLICK HERE and let’s chat.
