A limiting belief is something you believe to be true that limits you in some way. Most of these beliefs are not true and beliefs are not facts.

Some examples of limiting beliefs that may be sabotaging your weight loss are:
- I can’t leave food on my plate.
- I need a lot of food to be satiated.
- I am afraid I will get hungry if I don’t eat a lot now.
- I have failed at dieting so many times I will probably fail again.
- I will never be thin so why bother.
- Do you find yourself thinking any of these thoughts?

First with awareness. You have to actually listen closely and become aware of what you are saying to yourself.
Next, you have to create a set of new and empowering beliefs that are true and real and that will allow you to attract and achieve what you want into your life.
When you create your new beliefs create them in the NOW as if you are living them already.
Where else may limiting beliefs show up in your life that may be keeping you stuck? Take a look at your beliefs around work, relationships and life in general. What are having these beliefs costing you?
Spend some time becoming clear on what beliefs are keeping you repeating patterns with food and eating. Replace the old belief with a new, empowering belief.
